"As someone who has a mini phobia of having her photo taken, I was very apprehensive about selecting a photographer for our wedding. My father is also extremely particular when it comes to photography so the selection process for our wedding photographer became a somewhat grueling interview process! John put me ease from the moment I greeted him at the front door, his laid back yet extremely professional demeanor won us over within minutes and from that moment on we had complete confidence in him. Where John differs from other photographers is his incredible ability to get to know his subjects very quickly and he understood exactly what we wanted from our photographer after just the first meeting. Despite being lumbered with some very challenging wedding guests who refused to move out of the way, some somewhat disorganized ushers and a bride that had more than the usual set of reasonable demands, his pictures were exactly what we would have hoped for and more. He captured every aspect of the day and went out of his way to make sure that we achieved the results that we were looking for. John has restored my faith in the beauty and importance of photography and I just wish that we could afford to use his services to mark every special occasion."

"When we began the arrangements for my daughter's wedding, one of the big problems we had was who to choose as the official photographer. I am very glad that we chose John Rahim. Before the big day he went to great pains to consult us and give advice; he visited the church and the reception venue in order to have every eventuality catered for. "Finding a photographer to cover our Civil Ceremony was not the easiest job for us. We wanted someone who could capture the day as it happened however someone who could fit in with our family and friends and make everyone feel at ease.

Although this was John’s first Civil Ceremony we liked his relaxed and natural reportage style. We were not wrong with our choice of photographer. On the day he mixed in with our guests and took formal and reportage shots in a natural, uncontrived and unobtrusive manner.
